Disability focus in theatre production

At the beginning of the month the Disabled Members engaged a theatre group to put on a play at the studio theatre at the Birmingham Rep/Library of Birmingham.

The production, titled “Reasonable Adjustments”, involved a series of scenarios that were dramatized.  These were then discussed by the audience as to what they thought the individuals were experiencing in terms of disability discrimination.

There were a number of people there and the production was very thought provoking and well received.
