This has been a very tough year for many, with Covid-19, isolation, lockdowns, limited access to friends and family, and sadly grief – the losses of loved ones we were not yet expecting to lose.
This time has had an impact on the mental health and wellbeing of many people, and it is nothing to be ashamed of if you are struggling.
The NHS have set up Every Mind Matters that is now tailored around Covid-19 – you can complete an online quiz to get ‘Your Mind Plan’, which will give you top tips and advice for supporting your mental health.
Once the questions have been completed there is the option to email the plan to yourself and there are links you can click for further information/support.
