As women we know that self-care is important.  We also know how difficult it can be to prioritise our health at times.

If we practice self-care this =Life balance.
This is not a marathon but a sprint, so there is no end we just have to commit to improving. We will look at 6 pillars of health that we can start chipping away at to be the best version of ourselves.

  • Physical- Includes how we nurture ourselves through eating, exercise and massage.
  • Psychological- Self reflection.
  • Emotional- Self-love. Hobbies
