Women’s SOG – A Magical Gong Bath Experience

Birmingham Branch Women’s Self Organised Group presents a magical gong bath experience with Manjit Sohal.

Thursday 14th March 2024
17:00 – 18:00
Birmingham Branch Office, 19th Floor, McLaren Building, B4 7LR
Dale End Entrance

Come and join our magical Gong Bath experience where you will bathe in the healing sounds. Sound healing uses the power of sound to restore one’s mind and body back to a state of balance. It is also one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing known.

Sound healing is very relaxing and can de-stress the body by bathing in the beautiful vibrations of the Gongs. Also, the Tibetan singing bowls can create a soothing inner body massage allowing your body to deeply cleanse, rejuvenate and heal.

However, this event is not suitable for pregnant women, if your fitted with a pacemaker or suffer from epilepsy due to the very strong vibrations.

Here are some benefits of Sound Healing

  • Reduced stress
  • Relief from anxiety
  • Better sleep
  • Released emotional blockage
  • Better mood
  • Improved focus
  • Mental clarity
  • Experience of deep peace

Places are limited, so please book ASAP by contacting the Women’s Officer, Mandy Buckley:
